Truncus Arteriosus: 2D Echo- Tricuspid Truncal Valve
2D echocardiogram performed in a parasternal view in a patient with type II truncus arteriosus showing a tricuspid truncal valve. The right coronary artery is briefly seen arising normally from the right sinus. The truncal valve has been reported to have from 1 to 5 cusps, but most commonly is tricuspid.
