Truncus Arteriosus: 2D Echo- Subxiphoid Short-Axis View

2D echocardiogram performed in the subxiphoid short-axis view in a patient with type II truncus arteriosus showing a single great artery that over-rides the interventricular septum, a large ventricular septal defect, and no additional defect in the muscular portion of the interventricular septum. The truncal valve is mildly thickened. There is normal biventricular contractility.
