Lateral view of main pulmonary artery angiogram showing stenosis at the junction of the pulmonary homograft with the right ventricle. A wire is positioned in the left lower pulmonary artery. The right pulmonary artery origin is inferior to the origin of the left pulmonary artery. The pressure in the right ventricle was 142/14 mm Hg and the pressure in the left ventricle was 139/8 mm Hg.
