The Travel and Geographic Clinic is open Monday and Friday mornings, 8:30-11:00 am
As soon as you know when you are traveling, call us to schedule an appointment
Vaccines should be received at least 4-6 weeks before travel
When calling to make an appointment, please inform us of any other vaccines or immunizations you recently received
Fax (617 730-0335) a referral from your primary care physician (if required according to your insurance plan)

Compile a list of medications you or your child is taking

Travel itinerary (dates and locations of where you will go and where you will stay while traveling)

Anyone under the age of 18 who is scheduled to receive an immunization with the clinic, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Appointments are recommended at least 4 weeks prior to traveling in order to complete all the necessary travel immunizations and counseling.
Before visiting the Travel Clinic or departing for travel, we highly recommend you visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's website, as it is full of pertinent information regarding regional diseases and how to minimize potential risk.
