There are many ways you can help children and their families get the care they need.
Nasal and sinus issues are very common in children. If your child has long-standing symptoms such as runny nose, cough, nasal congestion, post-nasal drip, facial pressure and headaches, they may have a sinonasal condition.
We are here to help.
The Sinonasal Clinic at Boston Children’s Hospital is a leader in the diagnosis, treatment and care of pediatric sinonasal conditions and the first and only multidisciplinary clinic in the region dedicated to this specialty.
At Boston Children’s Hospital, our expertly trained and compassionate staff cares for and treats patients with a wide variety of sinonasal conditions, including sinusitis, allergies, nasal polyps and more.
Sinonasal Clinic Otolaryngologist Eelam A. Adil, MD, and pediatric allergy specialist Douglas McDonald, MD, PhD, evaluate every child.
Testing often includes allergy testing and a thorough physical exam. Once complete, Dr. Adil and Dr. McDonald work together to develop a management plan tailored to your child’s condition and needs. (Please see the “Conditions We Treat” page for more information about specific diagnoses.)
If you have any questions regarding your child’s health or the Sinonasal Clinic, please call us at 617-355-6462. Our staff is available to assist you.
