The Samara Jan Turkel Clinical Center at Boston Children’s Hospital provides care to children with complex autoimmune disease that are difficult to diagnose. Collaboration between experts in immunology and rheumatology allows us to gain a big-picture view of immunological disorder to get past an organ-based approach and focus on the diagnosis and treatment of these disorders.

The Autoinflammatory Diseases Clinic at Boston Children’s Hospital was established in 2014 to help with the diagnosis and treatment of patients with autoinflammatory diseases (often called periodic fever syndromes or recurrent fever syndromes). This clinic is one of the few centers in the country that specializes in the care of patients with these complex diseases.
We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
