The Mayo Family Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Center (PPRC) at Boston Children’s Hospital at Waltham is day treatment rehabilitative program for children and adolescents between the ages of 7 and 18 years who continue to have disabling, chronic pain despite outpatient treatment.
We care for children who have chronic pain due to a variety of conditions including complex regional pain syndrome, neuropathic pain, headaches, abdominal pain and musculoskeletal pain. Our highly specialized and dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, recreational therapist, nurses and physicians work together to provide an individualized treatment plan for each child.
