The Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Program at Boston Children's Hospital offers several key services, including:


  • Psychological assessments to identify cognitive, learning, behavioral and social-emotional concerns


  • School consultations to help educators devise special education plans


  • Early identification of, and interventions for, developmental delays and disorders
  • Support for expectant parents whose babies have been diagnosed with cardiac disease in utero
  • Interventions to address regulatory disorders in infants, such as feeding, sleeping and behavioral difficulties
