New Staff at BHC

Hae Soo Park joined the Boston Hemophilia Center as a Research Assistant I at Brigham and Women’s Hospital Hematology Division in March. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Psychology. During college, she participated in research for the Serio Lab, studying yeast prion protein, and for the Movement Observation in Children and Adolescents study, assisting in the development of a comprehensive algorithm for accelerometers.

She also served as a liaison for professors and students, working as a tutor and teaching assistant. With a dedication to helping those in need of medical and dental care, Hae Soo dreams of becoming a dentist and volunteer around the globe.

Outside of work, she loves to paint, watch foreign movies and plan trips with friends. Hae Soo was born and raised in South Korea until immigrating to Massachusetts when she was 12. She looks forward to interacting with patients and helping hematology research. Hae Soo can be reached at hpark24@partners.org or 617-645-8474.
