The Boston Adult Congenital Heart Program (BACH) and the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Children's Hospital have joined forces to co-sponsor a monthly support group for adults with CHD.
Free parking in the Boston Children's Hospital garage and dinner are provided.
The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the quality of life and extend the lives of adults with congenital heart defects. Through education, outreach, advocacy and promotion of research, ACHA supports the more than one million adults with congenital heart defects, their families and the medical community.
We, as BACH providers, are honored to have worked with the ACHA since its inception and we continue to serve as members on the medical advisory board.
Improvements in current and future care of adults with congenital heart disease hinge upon the collection and interpretation of "follow-up" data, coupled with innovation and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
