The Department of Pathology at Boston Children’s Hospital is committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services to patients and their physicians – whether they are in the next building or in a different part of the world.
Our pathologists frequently provide expertise in pediatric pathology and its subspecialties for cases referred to us. During their evaluation, they may use ancillary testing such as immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, flow cytometry, and molecular testing to aid in the diagnostic process.
