There are many ways you can help children and their families get the care they need.
As parents, you are the most important people in your child's life and are integral members of your child's care team here on the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) at Boston Children's. We recognize that seeing your child in the hospital can be a very difficult and often overwhelming experience. Our goal is to provide your child and family with highly skilled and personalized care.
Secretaries are important contacts for you and your family. A secretary is available 24 hours a day on the MSICU to answer any questions you may have. Information regarding parking, housing, meals, internet access and more can be found at your bedside or at the front desk. Please feel free to stop by the front desk anytime.
With our free Carepages service, you can set up a unique web page for your child. Carepages makes it easy to stay in touch with family and friends while in the hospital.
We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
