Dr. Davidson has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and became a registered yoga teacher so she could share her love of yoga with the children she sees at Boston Children's Hospital. She believes that yoga can be beneficial to overall wellness as it creates strength, awareness and balance between the mind and the body.
