The Division of Sports Medicine at Boston Children’s provides services at four convenient locations in Boston, Lexington, Peabody and Waltham.
Appointments can be made with any of the Division of Sports Medicine faculty during our business hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 8:00pm. Non-emergency patients are seen by appointment only. You may request an appointment online, or by calling 617-355-3501.
In Boston, patients are seen in our Sports Medicine clinic located at 319 Longwood Avenue, directly across the street from the main entrance of Boston Children's Hospital. Patients may also be scheduled to be seen at our Boston Children's Hospital, Waltham campus, located at 9 Hope Avenue, Waltham, MA.

For families residing outside of the United States, please contact Boston Children's International Health Services, which facilitates the medical review of patient records and appointment scheduling and provides assistance with customs and immigration, transportation and hotel and housing accommodations.
