If your child has been diagnosed with a cervical spine condition, we know you want the very best care. Infants, children and teens with complex cervical spine conditions need a dedicated center that offers compassionate pediatric care and specialized surgical expertise. Boston Children’s Complex Cervical Spine Program, the first and only multidisciplinary pediatric cervical spine clinic in the U.S., offers both.

Our Complex Cervical Spine Team

Our team includes neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, neuroradiologists, anesthesiologists and interventional radiologists who have specific fellowship training and expertise in the care of children with spinal disorders and are committed to our unique, collaborative approach to care.

Over the last 15 years, our expert team has treated hundreds of infants, children and teens with complex cervical spine disorders, including traumatic injuries, congenital anomalies, tumors, vascular/lymphatic anomalies, instability of the cervical spine, torticollis, rotary subluxation and cervical disorders related to syndromes.

Our approach to care has helped most children lead the lives their families envision when seeking treatment. Read about Lauren, pictured above with New England Revolution players Chris Tierney and Kelyn Rowe.

We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
