The Child Neurology Residency Training Program at Boston Children's Hospital is designed to provide the highest level of clinical training in child neurology. One year of training in clinical adult neurology and two years of training in child neurology are required for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with Special Competence in Child Neurology.
Adult neurology training takes place in conjunction with two separate, ACGME-accredited adult neurology training programs:
The Partners Program
Brigham and Women's Hospital
Massachusetts General Hospital
The Harvard Training Program
Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center
These programs provide our child neurology trainees with rich training opportunities in adult neurology.
We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
