Adult Congenital Heart Service
We offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical services to adults with congenital heart disease and/or pulmonary hypertension, from diagnosis to cardiac catheterization and surgical repair.

Cardiac Anesthesia Services
While your child's surgeon or cardiologist focuses complete attention on the demanding task of repairing a defective heart, the cardiac anesthesiologist carries out a series of behind-the-scenes tasks that positively affect the safety and success of the procedure.

Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Program
We provide comprehensive consultation, assessment and intervention services for children with congenital heart disease and their families.

Cardiac Surgery Department
Our Cardiac Surgery Department is ranked #1 in the nation by U.S.News & World Report for its innovative treatments.

Cardiology Outpatient Services
We provide comprehensive evaluations and coordinated care for infants, children, and adults with various heart, and heart-related illnesses, diseases,and conditions.

Cardiomyopathy Program
Cardiomyopathy is a condition that affects the structure and function of the heart muscle. There are several forms of the disease, and each one has a variety of possible causes and symptoms.

Cardiovascular Genetics Program
This is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides carefully coordinated multi-specialty care, serving the multiple needs of individuals and families with a variety of cardiac and genetic conditions.

Congenital Heart Valve Program
We are dedicated to the care of children and adults with congenital heart defects that involve absent or poorly functioning heart valves.

Electrophysiology Service
If your child has been diagnosed with an arrhythmia or is suspected of having a heart rhythm problem, it’s important that she be examined by a pediatric electrophysiologis.

Exercise Physiology
At the Exercise Physiology Lab, we use exercise tests—such as running on a treadmill—to predict how your or your child’s cardiopulmonary system responds to exercise or other physical activities.

Fetal Cardiology Program
We understand that facing a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of your unborn baby’s heart condition can be very frightening. The good news is that advances in prenatal diagnosis and ultrasound-guided surgical and catheterization techniques have made fetal therapy possible.

Heart Transplant Program
The Heart Transplant Program at Children’s Hospital Boston is one of the largest pediatric heart transplant centers in the country.

Interventional Catheterization Program
If your child needs a heart catheterization, there’s no better place for that procedure than Boston Children’s Hospital where your child will be cared for by one of the largest and most experienced pediatric cardiac catheterization programs in the world.

Kawasaki Disease Program
The Kawasaki Disease Program provides coordinated care for patients with Kawasaki Disease, both during the acute phase and in long-term follow-up.

Preventive Cardiology Clinic
The Preventive Cardiology Clinic at Boston Children’s is the only clinical service in the Northeast that focuses on preventing heart disease in children.

Pulmonary Hypertension Program
Fortunately, there is a lot of good news to share about pulmonary hypertension, a condition in which blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs (the pulmonary arteries) is abnormally high.

Pulmonary Vein Stenosis Program
Pulmonary vein stenosis is a rare and serious condition in which there is an obstruction (blockage) in the blood vessels that bring oxygen-rich blood from the lungs back to the heart.
