Break Free from Depression (BFFD), in partnership with OpenPediatrics has developed a series of training videos to share the BFFD train the trainer workshop and materials with educators and school communities nationally.

All of our curriculum’s 4 modules are presented in this video series and focus on how educators can facilitate the Break Free from Depression program in their school or community program to help increase awareness about adolescent depression among high school students.

After viewing the videos and completing the post survey, you will have access to all of the online materials so you can implement the Break Free from Depression curriculum in your school or community program. You may also become part of the private learning group where you can share resources, materials, and implementation tips.

Please click here to access the training (registration to OpenPediatrics prior to accessing the course is required).

If you would like more information about the Break Free from Depression train the trainer video series, please contact us.

We would like to thank the David S. Weiner Award for making this project possible.

We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
