Completing treatment and the transition home

We’ll make every effort to make your transition home at the end of your child’s treatment or surgery as easy as possible. Our team will work with your referring doctor to make sure you receive the same care at home.

You will receive educational materials that review your child’s treatment and make suggestions for follow-up care.
