As part of a partnership facilitated by Arnold Worldwide, Children’s Hospital Boston is working with Yahoo! to provide pediatric health content for the Web site portal’s Health and Parenting sections. Each article provided by Children’s features our logo and a link to our Web site at the top of the article, along with a physician or department source referenced at the end of each article. This collaboration with Yahoo! allows relevant and timely Children’s-branded health information to be viewed by a world-wide audience, further establishing and expanding the position of Children’s as the expert on pediatric health.

 

Online media
Arnold Worldwide is also working with Children’s to market the hospital online this summer through banner ad placement and search engine key word optimization. With strategically placed banner ads on WebMD, Yahoo! Health, and Boston.com, and paid key word placement for optimal search engine results through Google and Overture, our aim is to reach parents nation-wide with information about our areas of expertise, leading them to our Web site and ultimately to Children’s.

Web site re-design
Maintaining a commitment to customer service means providing consumers with a Web site that offers up-to-date, relevant and easily accessible information about Children's. With guidance from Arnold Worldwide’s Interactive Media experts and Bentley College’s Design and Usability Testing Center, Children's is embarking on a Web site overhaul that will include phased improvements in navigation, content and design.
