Night Float |

Most senior residents have one 2-week block as the night float resident at Children's Hospital to decompress the workload for their colleagues and to gain experience assessing and managing patients admitted from the ER in a more autonomous fashion. At CHB, the night float admits patients to the general pediatrics teams from midnight until 8 am on Sunday through Thursday nights.
