Abnormal connection of a coronary artery to a cardiac chamber (atrium or ventricle) or to a right-sided cardiac structure (coronary sinus, pulmonary artery, or superior vena cava). This condition is rare. A common presentation is the detection of a continuous murmur in a symptom-free child.
