What happens when I have my physical?
The physician may examine your eyes, ears, nose, throat, mouth, stomach, back, legs and arms. The doctor will also do an examination of the genitals, including the penis and testicles. The physician may ask you to cough while examining your scrotum. Although this might feel embarrassing, it’s vital to help check for hernias or tumors.
