Current Environment:

May 1, 2020

We are happy to let you know that our office is now able to provide Virtual Visits for medical and behavioral health when appropriate. We remain available in our office for visits that require a physical exam (for example ear checks) - see further information below. We ask that you please bear with us as we all get used to this new technology.

A MyChart patient portal account is required. If your child does not have a MyChart account, please contact our office. If you do not have a MyChart account, we can send you an activation email when you call to schedule the appointment. The free Zoom app is also required to be installed on your device, but it is not necessary for you to be registered for an account with Zoom.

Virtual visits are best completed on a cell phone or tablet, but a personal computer with webcam may also be used.

While we have been able to complete many visits without any issues, occasionally we do run into a technical challenge. Please make sure to have BOTH the MyChart App and the Zoom App installed on your phone or tablet prior to your visit. The following guides can offer help:

If you run into any issues at the time of your scheduled visit, please contact our office for assistance. If needed the visit can be completed telephonically.

Please note: In response to the current crisis, most insurance companies have waived co-pays for Telehealth visits. This is a wonderful opportunity to check in with your child’s provider to discuss issues of concern to you.
